  • ENGIE to EQUANS

    New name, same faces!

Many of you will know us - our company and our people - as ENGIE, so we'd like to update you on a recent change of name to EQUANS and confirm that we're still the same people delivering the same work.

Launched in July 2021, EQUANS brings together ENGIE's UK & Ireland services-led activity under a new brand. All of ENGIE's UK & Ireland activity in technical services & facilities management, energy efficiency and regeneration are now part of EQUANS. So, be reassured that if you start to see EQUANS on some of your communications - it's still us!

    What happens next?

Before the works start, scaffolding will be put up around the building, privacy film will be installed to room windows affected and a site compound/office will be created for the contractors. There may also be a number of deliveries for materials and equipment required for the works.

At times, the works may affect access to the car park and other areas around the building. There will be clear signage and we kindly ask that these are followed.

You will receive regular updates about the progress of the works and The Costume Store team will be here to support you throughout. The reception desk is manned 24/7 if you have any questions. A UAL manager will also be on duty and contactable via staff at the desk in case of any urgent queries. If you would like to make a complaint, please (insert details).

    Health and Safety

All contractors will adhere to the strictest health and safety rules for the duration of the works. They will have ID and a personalised number and will be wearing high viz jackets. The site compound will only be accessible by authorised people.
