Durham city has a rich student heritage and we’re proud to be undertaking this project which will help ensure current and future students have access to a place they’re proud to call home.
Throughout the build process, we will be working closely with the community to ensure we cause minimal disruption to the area and identify a number of attractive local employment and training opportunities for local people.

Hi there I live very close to this building site and it is really starting to look ggod and fits in with the surrounding area. I walked past the other day and saw a sign about an outdour exercise/fitness trail do you have any more information about this?

Hi,
I can confirm that there will be a fitness trail around the perimeter of the site which will incorporate an array of different exercise stations, unfortunately this will be for residences only and wont be open to the general public.
