Site information - This project sees the construction of 45 new residential apartments made up of studio, one-bed, two-bed and three-beds for a mixture of market sale, affordable rent and shared ownership. The construction will also consist of landscaped communal space to the front and private gardens to the rear, new car parking spaces, cycle and refuse store.

Construction update - Externally -  Brickwork is starting masonry support to 2^nd floor. Roofing system works are underway to sixth floor roof. Two layer felt to balconies, currently at third floor. Dry lining is also nearly complete.

Internally - Electrical first fix to ground floor apartments on going. Mechanical/Plumbing ventilation system nearly completed and first fix (flow & return, gas & rads) half way complete.

Windows Frames are also nearly complete.
