ENGIE TUPE Hub – Southern Water
Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you all to the ENGIE team.
The Southern Water Contract sits within our Manufacturing, Industry & Transport (MI&T) Sector, which is part of our wider ENGIE Business Services Division at ENGIE UK.
More information about ENGIE can be found at www.engie.co.uk
I know many of you will wonder what the future will hold when a new service provider is appointed, while others will have been through a similar process previously. You will as anticipated receive new corporate wear as appropriate and participate in an on-boarding process which will include an induction.
Together with our systems, support and approach and importantly your knowledge and skills we will deliver a great service to Southern Water over the next 5 years.
I am sorry that we have not been able to meet with you all face to face. With the ever evolving challenges that Coronavirus has given us in social distancing and restrictions, we have needed to focus on getting the engagement and onboarding process started in the safest means, so that you can access our systems, processes and payroll etc ready for ‘go-live’.
We are developing plans for further local engagement so hopefully once restrictions are eased, we will meet you all, in person, as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we will be sending you regular updates via the hub, post and phone where possible.
Andrew Mack
Operations Director | Manufacturing & Industry | Business Services Division
