Sixteen year old, Akanksh Piasa, has been on site in Harrow with Senior Site Manager, Michael Cawley, and Resident Liaison officer, Delroy Dwyer since October 2017 to learn more about what we do on a day-to-day basis.

We caught up with him to see how he was enjoying his placement, read more here.

    Cowen Avenue works update

To date, we have completed roof repairs, loft insulation, fitting of new front doors, shed and coal shed doors at Cowen Avenue.

The External Wall Insulation (EWI) works at Cowen Avenue has recently commenced and is progressing well. With all blocks being worked on, we are moving at a good pace and by Christmas we hope to have all front areas rendered, with undercoats to the walkways possibly completed.

Following the EWI works, we will be installing the communal door entry security system which is proposed to start in January 2018.

The works currently in place also includes bathroom repairs, lateral works, kitchen fan installation where possible and overhauls to the windows.

Please remember, if you have any questions regarding the works, your first point of contact is your Resident Liaison Officer (RLO).

Keepmoat Regeneration recently paid a visit to Hillview Nursery in Harrow, where we donated three tons of soil and provided the children with a Mud Kitchen to get their hands messy with.

Being just minutes from our Cowen Avenue site compound, we were more than happy to work with the local nursery and provide what we could with the support of our Community Impact team. See further photos in our gallery!
