• Chris Langdon
    Development and Investment Director

    Chris specialises in large place based sustainable development projects from masterplanning and infrastructure through to delivery, construction and management. He has worked across the private and public sector and is a chartered surveyor.

    Chris joined ENGIE group in early 2017 to grow the Developments and Investments team. His background in major mixed use development and construction provides additional support to the capability of the business to deliver integrated energy, services and regeneration solutions, and improve lives through better living and working environments. Prior to joining ENGIE, Chris was Development Director at Byrne Estates and the Ardmore Group where he was responsible for the group’s development projects and property assets as well as leading preconstruction and business development. Chris previously ran the development and disposal property division for Bexley Council and worked at St George Plc, part of Berkeley Homes.

  • James Robertson
    Development Manager @ ENGIE

    James joined ENGIE in January 2019 to initially focus on the day-to-day management of Wyton Hill Gardens, which he continues to work on full-time. Before joining ENGIE he was with the London Legacy Development Corporation and worked across several large-scale regeneration projects at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, in east London. Originally from New Zealand, prior to settling in the UK James spent considerable time working for one of New Zealand’s largest residential developers where he was responsible for delivering some of their most exemplary schemes. James is passionate about creating communities and a lower carbon future, and is excited about ENGIE’s proposal for Wyton Hill Gardens.

  • Jo Mills
    Stakeholder Manager @ ENGIE

    Jo is our Stakeholder Manager and will be a key point of contact for local residents and Parish Councils. She will maintain regular contact with local District and County Councillors, and the local Member of Parliament. She will help to keep everyone up-to-date with progress on the proposed development, and will ensure that views are captured and fed into the ENGIE team. Jo will also be in discussion with Cambridgeshire County Council and Clinical Commissioning Group, and care providers regarding the proposed care and support services.

     Jo is committed to effective local engagement and consultation, and is experienced in the development of new neighbourhoods. Until 2016, she was Director of Planning and New Communities at South Cambridgeshire District Council, and played a lead role in the development of the new town of Northstowe and the later phases of Cambourne.

  • Cliff Vivian
    Transport Consultant

    Cliff started working on Wyton Hill Gardens with ENGIE Autumn 2018.  Having gained his degree in Civil Engineering at Leeds Met University.  Previously having spent 20 years working for Lincolnshire County Council as Principal Highways Development Management officer, leading on major developments and SUDs.

    Cliff joined ENGIE in spring 2018 and is enjoying his new role leading on highways on various developments around the country.  Helping to identify potential issues and finding suitable solutions, to facilitate developments and minimise their impact on the surrounding highway network
