Site information – This project involves the demolition of old Victorian style townhouse apartments, then the construction of a five-storey apartment block comprising 17 flats.

Construction update – Completed 

EQUANS successfully completed construction of the site and handed it over to Waltham Forest Council on 4^th October 2018.  We hosted an opening ceremony with 30 people in attendance from Waltham Forest, SixtyBricks, NPS & EQUANS.

The afternoon was a great success with speeches from the Mayoress and Cllr Louise Mitchell, we then proceeded to the ribbon cutting ceremony. Residents had even started moving in that day, so seeing and hearing everyone’s positive reaction to the site was truly fantastic.
