Retingham Way - Drainage Wroks

We will be connecting the new foul drainage from the new flats to an existing foul sewer outside the site boundary. The existing foul sewer drain is located in the garden of 19 Retingham Way and we are in separate communications with the resident/owner of this property. So that all residents are aware, the footpath towards the school and park will have limited access. It will be shut between 9:00am -3:00pm for us to carry out the drainage works, which will start on Friday 20^th April and take approximately two weeks to complete. The attached drawing shows a dotted red line across the footpath to the existing foul sewer drain; shown as “Existing MH”.

Engie would like to take this opportunity to apologise to any residents of Retingham Way that may be affected by this interruption and would like to reassure all residents that we will aim to keep any disturbances to a minimum.
