Our property maintenance services include: electrical testing and commissioning, gas soundness inspection, gas boiler testing and maintenance, air conditioning testing and maintenance, ventilations systems maintenance, fabric maintenance service, and minor adaptations.

Security Services

Our security team has National Security Inspectorate (NSI) Gold accreditation and is a Security Industry Authority (SIA) approved contractor: all of our staff are fully trained and SIA licensed.
