ENGIE, in partnership with NPL Group, are looking to redevelop the former manox works to provide a new residential neighbourhood.

The developer team and their appointed architects Levitt Bernstein, are experienced in designing and delivering new homes and neighbourhoods and are committed to working closely with local residents at Miles Platting to create a family orientated community with high quality public realm for current and future generations.

We have now held a number of consultation events over the last few months and all the information presented can be found in the documents area. We are now finalising our planning application and are expected to submit in November 2019.

This website will continue to host updates and plans to ensure you are kept informed of the development.

Thank you to everyone that took the time to attend our 'Community Engagement Afternoon' on 17 June 2019 on the former Manox Works site.

The event gave us the chance to speak to lots of local residents and businesses about the proposals.

We really appreciate all your queries, comments and feedback, and we'll be back again soon, to share further details and answer some of the questions you put forward.

All the consultation boards that were used during the event can now also be viewed on this page.
