Lot 1

Five Springs

From late August 2021 and through until early late October/early November 2021, the team will be completing the main works to the block, including installation of the cladding panels and bird protection, before infill of the panels and striking the scaffolding to that floor. It will take approximately 10-14 days to complete these works on each level.

Towards the end of October/early November 2021 is when we'll also be undertaking the clearance and ground remediation works, light protection system installation and new block signage.

Heswall Court

From late August 2021 and through early/late October/early November 2021, the team will be completing the main works to the block, including installation of the cladding panels and bird protection, before infill of the panels and striking the scaffolding to that floor. It will take approximately 10-14 days to complete these works on each level. 

Lot 3

Dorset Court

The initial site set up was completed late June 2021.

Enabling works, including ground preparation works, erecting the scaffolding, and re-location of CCTV and lighting to the block, were completed late September 2021. During this time, we've also carried out the removal of existing balcony panels, with access to balconies being restricted. Concrete surveys and reports, alongside concrete repairs will be completed during this time also .

From late August 2021 and through to late February 2022, the team will be completing the main works to the block, including installation of the cladding panels, works to window surrounds, fire barriers, insulation, alongside carrying out ground remediation works, before site clearance in April 2022.

Kingsland Courts

The initial site set up was completed by late June 2021. 

Enabling works, including ground preparation works, erecting the scaffolding, and re-location of CCTV and lighting to the block, were completed late September 2021. During this time, we've also carried out the removal of existing balcony panels, with access to balconies being restricted. We also removed the existing timber doors and replaced them with new ones. Concrete surveys and reports, alongside concrete repairs will be completed during this time also. 

From late August 2021 and through to late February 2022, the team will be completing the main works to the block, including installation of the cladding panels and parapet coping cladding, window replacement and works to window surrounds, fire barriers, insulation and brick slips. Scaffolding will be removed top-down as these works complete.

Moving towards completion, and into late March 2022, we will undertake works to the previously inaccessible ground-first floor area including the brick slip junction and cladding system. CCTV and lighting will be re-fixed and new signage will be installed, alongside carrying out ground remediation works, before site clearance in April 2022.

Ackworth (July 2021 - August 2022)

The initial site set up will be completed by mid October 2021.

During this time, we'll also carry out the removal of existing balcony panels, with access to balconies being restricted. We'll also remove the existing timber doors and replace them with new ones. Between mid December 2021 and mid February 2022, installation of the ballasted PV panel to the roof area will take place.
