The process of regeneration and refurbishment can be trying, at times, for all involved. This makes it even more of an honour to be nominated by Lewisham Homes residents, for this award.
EQUANS UK & Ireland for Public Sector & Places had some great news at last nights Lewisham Homes Annual Residents Awards, where we won CONTRACTOR OF THE YEAR.
The awards which take place annually are voted on by Lewisham residents and cover a multitude of categories.
EQUANS won the Contractor of the year awards with things considered such as - Resident Engagement, Social Value, Quality of Work and Safety, with our Site Manager Andy Flood picking up the award on behalf of the team.
A very big thank you to all the residents who voted for us, and a huge well done to all our teams in Lewisham who I know worked exceptionally hard for this award.
We will be hosting a fun day for residents of Pepys Estate!
Sat 25th September 12-5pm

Come down and have fun!
ENGIE UK & Ireland for Public Sector & Places volunteers helped out Lewisham Homes residents to transform an unused piece of land at Church Vale in Forest Hill.
Our social value team was joined by a great group of volunteers from all across the company and by Lewisham Homes Jake Sowe to cut back trees, bushes and strim down undergrowth to create a clear space for residents to start transforming.
We would like to say a huge thank you to all my volunteers today who worked their socks off and did an amazing job!
As you may all be aware we are currently removing the ceilings on the sixth floor of your blocks, so that we can remove the asbestos above and run new electrical services.
ENGIE would like to thank all of the residents for their assistance and cooperation that has allowed us to carry out the works in a smooth and timely fashion.
We wanted to off some of your EGGtraordinary entries into our Easter competition! Please see below.
We also donated more Easter eggs to the local youth club as well as the community centre to give out to local children! We hope you had a wonderful Easter!
To help celebrate Easter the Pepys Estate team gave away more than 100 Easter Eggs to children on the estate!
Please see document from Lewisham Homes regarding works on the Pepy's Estate.
