Site information - This project is the demolition of the existing garages and pram stores to create 7 new build flats on the site of the old garages. A new build UKPN Sub-Station and diversion of existing power cable network from the old Sub-Station into the new one.  After the new sub-station is commissioned, the old sub-station will be demolished. This will allow the building of the new flats, new car parking spaces, bin stores and soft landscaping.

Construction update -  The main site works are now underway, and foundations are complete. Sub-structure brickwork has been built. The concrete blocks have been laid for the flooring which allows for the scaffolding to be erected.
