Works update - October 2023

Welcome to our site works update for October

October has seen great progress for the development of the new entrance at Chelsea Court.

We have completed the new roof over the central core and soon after the ceiling install, the scaffold will be removed from the 5th floor.

New AOV windows will be part of the fire passive protection of the building.

We are about to complete the temporary works for new door openings including the new patio door.

For the east wing, a positive continuation of all tasks is underway with first fix works being carried out over many different trades and new partition walls started from the 5th floor down.

The chimney opening on the 3rd floor - one of the most complex tasks for the east wing, is booked for the second part of October.

North wing open investigations are currently in progress and will be complete by the end of October.

Remedial works: Equans is keen to fix any issue with the installation in your new homes. In terms of doing this smoothly, please contact Alex Da Costa, your Scheme Manager as your first point of contact - he will then raise any issues with us.

What to expect in November

• Continuation of first fix works to all floors on the east wing
• Build up partition walls as the new flats take shape
• West wing ground floor continuation with bigger progress on the new entrance and landscape works
• Scaffolding is due to be struck in the first half of November, on the street side of the building
• Tree pruning will take place to remove the parts affected by disease
