Works update - March/April 2024

Welcome to our site works update for March/April

April will see the continuation of progress throughout the east and west wing areas. The central core lobby lift has been removed and is being prepared for the installation of the new one. You will see workmen in the lift area on the staircase lobby's so please do take care when passing these areas, a banksman will always be in place to ensure your safety during these works.

Structural surveys and investigations in the north wing are fully underway, with ceiling removals to obtain vital design information for the north wing refurbishment. The commencement of sprinkler works in the east wing has enabled more works to progress including completion aspects of M&E.

We apologise for any inconveniences arising from our works.

Remedial works: Equans is keen to fix any issue with the installation in your new homes. In terms of doing this smoothly, please contact Alex Da Costa, your Scheme Manager as your first point of contact - he will then raise any issues with us.

What to expect in May:

East wing:

• Completion of M&E installations to remaining risers, flats and ceilings

New lobby entrance:

• Installation of new central core lobby lift

North wing:

• Continued design related planning and surveys

West wing:

• Construction and installation of the new entrance lobby steel frame along with continued design related planning including the completion of ground floor west wing areas
