Next Tarmac Visit

The next tarmac visit is due on 31st January 2020 to complete all the outstanding roads. 

First Timer Frame Erection

The first Timer Frame Erection will be begin on Monday 14th October 2019.
This timber frame erection process will continue for 15 months until completion.

Next Tarmac Visit

We are well underway
with the drainage and ground floor slabs to phase 2 and are planning the next
tarmac visit for the end of November, week commencing 25th November, which will give us a clean site coming
into the harder winter months.

Meet the Contractor

The Meet the Contractor event will be taking place at New House Youth Centre, Chalkwell Road, Sittingbourne, ME10 2LP, from 4pm - 7pm.

It is a chance for the local community to come and meet ENGIE and ask any questions they may have ahead of the new development commencing.

Phase 1 & 2 Completion

The first hand over for Phase 1 & 2 is due to commence at the beginning of October 2020. This first hand over consists of 17 units.
